Prior to real estate, he worked as a management consultant at KPMG, where he specialized in financial services, working closely with some of the world's largest multinational banks. The company has successfully represented diverse clients, from builders acquiring land for 250+ unit multifamily developments to major private landlords throughout New York City. Brendan resides in Long Island City with his family and maintains a strong interest in prop-tech innovation and modernizing the brokerage industry.

His strategy combines relationship-building with management companies and technology adoption to identify upcoming listings before public availability. Outside work, Daniel enjoys cooking and baking, particularly developing chocolate chip cookie recipes, and is an avid film enthusiast.
