Nicholas Valletta
Co-Founder & Principal Broker
Nick comes from a family background in custom audio and TV installations spanning 60 years, which developed his enthusiasm for technology and hands-on building skills. As a licensed broker and managing partner, he combines technological expertise with operational oversight of research, software development, and day-to-day systems at Byson. His multifaceted background and commitment to innovation and client satisfaction shape the firm's approach to real estate, emphasizing relationships beyond typical transactions.
Brendan Sweeney
Co-Founder & Principal Broker
Brendan established Byson Real Estate Co in 2018 alongside partner Nick Valletta. The boutique brokerage offers services across buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant representation in both commercial and residential markets. Prior to real estate, he worked as a management consultant at KPMG, where he specialized in financial services, working closely with some of the world's largest multinational banks. The company has successfully represented diverse clients, from builders acquiring land for 250+ unit multifamily developments to major private landlords throughout New York City. Brendan resides in Long Island City with his family and maintains a strong interest in prop-tech innovation and modernizing the brokerage industry.
Daniel McDevitt
Senior Associate
Daniel began his real estate career in 2018 during his final semesters at the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed studies in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE). A Long Island native, he relocated to New York City in fall 2019 and committed to real estate full-time in 2020. Growing up in a family involved in real estate investing, Daniel leverages familiarity with management company portfolios to guide clients. His strategy combines relationship-building with management companies and technology adoption to identify upcoming listings before public availability. Outside work, Daniel enjoys cooking and baking, particularly developing chocolate chip cookie recipes, and is an avid film enthusiast.

Nicholas has established himself as a respected and innovative agent in New York's residential real estate market. Jordan Hinds
Associate
Jordan grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, where real estate was part of his family—his father worked as a mortgage broker and his uncle as a real estate agent. He spent weekends visiting open houses, developing an early passion for the industry. Prior to joining Byson, Jordan was a licensed real estate agent in Washington, DC for five years. He holds a degree in Managerial Economics from Randolph-Macon College and understands that buying and selling a home is a very personal and monumental decision, prioritizing first-class service by going above and beyond to make clients' dreams become reality. Beyond real estate, Jordan enjoys traveling, supporting the Baltimore Ravens and Boston Red Sox, spending time with family and friends, and exploring New York's culinary scene.
